Does Viso comply with GDPR and HIPAA regulations?
Several features have been implemented to safeguard unauthorized access, such as a user login, audit trail, and sophisticated user management. All videos have a centralized storage to ensure privacy, thus enabling secure data in rest. Data in transit is encrypted.
What are the network requirements?
Viso requires a dedicated network of cameras and computers to work. This network must be local and dedicated in order to minimize interference.

Can Viso be used by different groups and departments?
Viso is a flexible AV system and can be setup to be used by different departments and groups within the same company, organization, or institution.
For example, within a university both medical students and communication students can use the system.
The Viso system makes it possible for us to remotely control a simulation room from a central control room or multiple control rooms. Debriefings are supplemented with qualitative visual material that can be quickly consulted on the basis of the markers that can be applied, so that participants in a simulation obtain a better learning effect.
